Orin sleeping habits 💤

Youth - OFF-441

• Sleeps with his head and neck up, snout pointed down, like a large horse that's just dozing; he sleeps in a state of semi-alertness due to his unsettled past
• Also tosses his head like a horse
• Occasionally and briefly snores; sounds like low rolling thunder rumbles across the plains, even echoing when he's sleeping in a cave
• His moon Alt. Storage bobs up and down and glows in time with his breaths
• His front legs may be primly crossed on top each other, giving him a very posh poodle look
• Shifts uncomfortably from time to time; makes low groaning and grunting sounds like even sleep pains him. Like an old man
• Uncomfortable with sharing sleep quarters with others; he insists that he stays up to stand guard out of necessity, but it's because he can't sleep otherwise
• His sword projection materializes when he's having a bad dream, and even slices the air around him with particularly bad nightmares

Riobravo - OFF-020

• Often falls asleep right after emptying his cookie jar on his hip, collapsing from the resulting sugar rush soon after
• More often than not, he's found fallen asleep in the kitchen, even on the cold tile floor; he wakes up grouchy from sore joints and a slight headache
• Is able to sleep anytime, anywhere, in any position; his legs go akimbo when he conks out suddenly
• His horn sprinkles out a faint, sweet vanilla smelling dust as he sleeps; he doesn't do this while awake and refuses to when asked, so it's possibly his Illusionist power that he keeps restrained except when unconscious
• Wings and tail often flicker and flutter, signifying his flight-filled dreams
• The best sleeping conditions for him are after a day full of exercise, a sugary-sweet meal, and lots of laughs-- he sleeps best after a full day, and conks out into a deep sleep
• He is easily awoken by loud noises and getting bumped into, but goes back to sleep right after
• He can't sleep if there's a cinnamon scent; he gets too hyped up about eating it instead, so once the treat has been devoured or the candle snuffed out, then can he calm down enough to settle

Graham - OFF-411

• Gets super sleepy after drinking a full mug of hot chocolate. A full cup of marshmallows, whipped cream, and whole milk make him especially eepy
• Drifts off to the sound of crackling fire pops from dried out firewood
• Likes to wrap his scarf on top his snout as he sleeps
• His breathes scoots his scarf off when he snorts and snuffles, so when his snout feels cold, he stuffs it into the fluffy fur around his bauble
• His hair gets incredibly mussed up after a deep sleep. He has incredible cowlicks and can't get it to flatten after a deep nap; only intense hair gel or a sopping wet bath can fix his sleep-mussed hair
• Sometimes his tongue sticks out, and he wakes up with it incredibly dry. So he often sleeps with a cup ready at hoof to replenish his dry tongue and mouth
• Because his tongue can get dry, he may snore quietly, snorting awake
• Loves to nap when its warm and he's wearing layers of sweaters; ideal nap hour is when its dark, windy, stormy, and extra cold, when the blankets are chilly and its the best time to cozy up in a cabin in the dead of winter

Yolanda - OFF-26

• He sits slouched over, as he thinks he's a toy, and tries to keep still for as long as possible before sleep overtakes him and he sags over like an old stuffed animal losing its stuffing
• Wakes up numb and stiff from his fallen-sleep position. He pops his joints like a porcelain or plastic snap-together doll (bionicle)
• Goes to bed early, as children should get as much sleep as possible!
• Likes to nap during the daytime, when there's no actual children around, curled up with fellow toys and stuffed animals
• He can't sleep alone; it's possible he's never slept alone, since he's always been surrounded by fellow friends and children that play with him in their dreams
• If his pet Yarn Nubby, Wheat Noodles, is close to his face while he's sleeping, he starts to suck on its stray yarn pieces like a kid sucking their thumb
• His bauble starts to tinkle with a ballerina-box lullaby as he falls into a deep slumber, lulling the children that he shares dreamscapes with into a deeper sleep as well
• Sometimes drapes a thin quilt over him and his friends, citing it's like they're out camping under a tent. The quilt gets kicked off by him as it gets too hot
