The Realm of Orin has been relatively peaceful in the past couple month since Carousel's purification... but autumn always brings something spooky along. We have welcomed many Orins through the new monthly Invite Raffles, but it seems one of them came back to haunt the Realm...

Oh no! The Orin from the April 2025 Invite Raffle has re-appeared, but their traits have evolved and miasma spills from the cracks. It looks like they're so far corrupted, that even purifying them will not revert them to their original first form. Contrary to their demure green and yellow sprite colors, they are fully saturated, like an energy drink that's meant to amp you up to the max. Their ringed eyes have a crazed look and their keratin hooves almost seem to bubble, but it doesn't look like they're in pain or crying-- on the contrary, they seem rebellious, bumping out loud music on their headphones and blowing large gum bubbles. Approach this Orin with caution... it seems they're ready to explode with even the littlest prod.

𔓎 Event Guidelines 𔓎

Whenever a Corrupted Orin appears in the Realm, users must submit artwork of the design in order to heal them.
The first art will enter you in the Draw to Enter Raffle for the Orin. For each subsequent art submitted, you earn Purification Points for yourself and towards the community goal. Once the accumulative point total reaches it's goal, the Orin will be healed and it's Purified Form will be revealed!

At this point, users may continue to submit artwork of either its Corrupt or Purified form to earn more Purification Points. Until the event ends, you can earn more points to spend at the Purification Points shop. Submitting at least 1 drawing to this prompt enters you into a raffle to win both the Corrupted & Purified forms of this Orin once the event ends.

Once we hit the 100 goal, the Orin will be purified.

Sketchy lines are fine, but there must be no apparent sketch guidelines.

It's HallOrinween! While there's a wail in the air (what is that fizzling noise?) the Harvest Festival's spirit has not been dampened. Does your Orin wear a costume or participate in some other Hallow activity?

They have to wear a costume of some kind, right..? Huh, costumes aren't your thing?? What about carving pumpkins, or making pies, or hanging up decorations? C'mon, there's all sorts of things you can do to participate in festivities... so, what will you do?

Feel free to draw your Orin in a feral OR humanoid form!

For this prompt, you may submit art or writing.
A maximum of 2 entries is allowed.

How to play:

To participate in the Gifting Corner, you have to submit gift art for another user's Orin! You can find Orins who accept gift art through the Masterlist's search function, asking in our Discord server's #reqs-n-freebs channel, or just by drawing gifts for a friend you know for sure wouldn't mind. You cannot use NPCs for this activity, because it's about giving a gift to another user!

Guidelines:

1. You must submit proof that the artwork has recently (within the month) been sent to the recipient with clear indication it is a gift, and not an owed art piece. 
2. The artwork must be at least a colored headshot, with erased/unseen sketch guidelines.
3. The Orin must be recognizable, with accurately portrayed traits and features.
4. All art mediums and skills are welcome!
5. You may submit 2 gifts per month!

Base Rewards:

Headshot/icon - 5
Halfbody -  10
Fullbody - 15
Multipled for each additional Orin
(15 DS for 3 Orin headshots, or 30 DS for 2 Orin fullbodies)

Boo! Did I scare you?

Fall is here at last, and with it, a variety of fun new activities! It's a perfect time to collect pumpkins and gourds, cook warm meals, or celebrate the fall festival atmosphere however your Orin does best. Are they stepping on the fallen leaves in a cozy sweater, or relaxing at home with a nice pumpkin spice flavored beverage?

Fall is also the time of year when nightmares are a little more common, making nightflare drops significantly boosted!
