Many people dream of becoming mermaids, and often that dream essence manifests in physical form to create Seafoam. When consumed, the user sprouts a beautiful mermaid-like tail. In the case of Naga-afflicted Orins, it seems to give them a pair of hind legs to walk amongst land!
Use: Allows for a canon Mermaid alt. form, or a canon four-legged form of a Naga Orin. Find the guidelines here!
