New Age restrictions

As per our Discord server poll, the majority vote was in favor of raising the minimum age. We are raising the age limit for new members to 16+ years old. Read our updated rules on site for specifics. If you have any questions, please comment below or ask in #qna-hub in the Discord.

What places are becoming 16+?

All Realm of Orin associated sites, including the Discord server, Lorekeeper site, and Toyhouse world are now restricted to new members who are 16+ years old.

Existing underage members are allowed to stay. We are not conducting age checks for current members or kicking anyone out! And we are not rushing you to grow up, enjoy your youth.

Can I swear and use curse words?

Most swear words are now allowed, but we will restrict the F curse word to keep our existing under 16 members in mind. Images or art containing this word do not have to be censored. We ask you do not loophole this restriction and send an image with the word to bypass this rule.

What topics are allowed in general chat now?

There are no new topic allowances; please follow our Lorekeeper site rules and Discord server rules as normal. Meaning no NSFW, suggestive, or topics that should be spoiled for comfort, such as medicinal discussions, substance use, etc.

What can I mention in my Orin story and writing?

For fictional Orin writing submitted to prompts, we now allow a little more wriggle room for what you can submit on site. Please read our Lorekeeper site rules for more in depth.

Summertime in the Orin Realm is over... Which means spooky season has come CRAWLING back. The Realm seethes with nightmares, making Nightflare drops significantly more common and frequent in prompts. If you've ever wanted to deck out your Orin in some spooky Mutation Traits, this seasonal prompt is the perfect time to try your luck. For the fall season, draw or write about your Orin celebrating a Harvest Festival.  And don't forget to check out the fall pets in Cal's Cozy Critters too!

The danger is coming...

The sickly sweet aroma permenates the air, among the poor (nose-less) Orins. It's been getting stronger throughout the last month, warning about the danger of a Corrupted Orin. Get ready for it this month.

A breakthrough in the affected Orin's discovery was made in the last couple days.

"It's my friend!" One bystander says. "Was. They look so different now..."

They show a picture of the Orin's bauble before their Corruption. But it doesn't look like any known Orin... Who could it be?
